Tryptone	20.0
Yeast Extract	5.0
Sodium Chloride	0.5
Potassium Chloride	0.186
Magnesium Chloride	0.95
Final pH 7.0±0.2 at 25 ℃

 

Directions:

Suspend 26.6g of the medium in one liter of distilled water or deionized water. Mix well and heat with frequent agitation. Dispense into flasks or tubes. Sterilize in an autoclave at 121℃(15 lbs.) for 15 minutes.
