We ship via Canada Post, Purolator Express, FedEx Ground, or United Parcel Service (UPS), another common carrier unless otherwise requested.

International buyers please note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are buyer’s responsibility. We will try our best to reduce the risk of the custom duties.

 

Claims for Damage in Transit:

Call us as soon as the damage is discovered. Keep all of the original packaging material until the damage claim is resolved.
