How to Order

You can choose any of these methods to place an order with GeneBio Systems. 

1. Email

  • Send PO orders to order@genebiosystems.com
  • Send credit card orders to order@genebiosystems.com or your sales rep.

2. Online

  • Shop online and pay online-www.genebiosystems.com
  • Shop online and pay by PO-Canadian and approved institutions only, by choosing "Purchase Order-Pre registration with GeneBio Systems is required". Note-please include any Quotation number. 

    3. Phone

    • Call in PO orders to Customer Care 1-833-LabShop(5227467)
    • Call in credit card orders to Customer Care 1-833-LabShop(5227467) (we do not take credit card numbers, instead, our customers provide it to Square)

      4. In Person

      • Provide PO order to your sales rep
      • Provide credit card order to your sales rep. 

      5. Order through your supply center

        A Helpful Tip

        Share-A-Cart* (Blue Cart Symbol or Button at bottom right) is a feature on our website which can help you to share the products you are ordering to your purchasing, along with a quote you obtain from a GeneBio sales rep. 

        You can also share the cart with any of our sales reps for a quote. 

        When you or your purchasing department places an order, you can bring the cart to our website and place the order using either the PO Order option or the pay online options.
