Item number and specifications: B1003-100uL
The picture shows the comparison between ssDNA 20 Ladder and single-stranded DNA with lengths of 35 and 89 bases respectively on 15% PAGE denaturing gel.
ssDNA 20 Ladder is a single-stranded DNA ruler with 20 base increments, including a total of 10 bands of 20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 120, 140, 160, 220, and 3100 nt. Samples were stored in 100 uL buffer containing: 25 mM HEPES (pH ~7), 50 mM NaCl, 1 mM ZnCl2, 1 mM EDTA. The total DNA concentration is approximately 50 ng/uL. ssDNA 20 Ladder is suitable for running denaturing PAGE gels, and the staining effect is best with Cyber Gold Nucleic Acid Gel Stain or Cyber Gold Stain.
Recommended usage method: Mix 3-5 uL ssDNA 20 Ladder sample with denatured Loading Buffer and load the sample. After gel running, soak and stain with Cyber Gold Stain for 10-20 minutes. The 5' end of ssDNA 20 Ladder contains -PO43-, and the 5' end can be labeled with fluorescence or 32P after removing this group. Instructions and Precautions: Cyber Gold Stain has the best effect on binding single-stranded nucleic acids. It is strongly recommended to use Cyber Gold staining to obtain the best gel pattern.
