Wide-Mouth Reagent Bottles (Polypropylene) from GeneBio Systems, Inc bottles can be autoclaved (121℃) and have low temperature resistance of -40℃, which meets the sterilization treatment requirements in high temperature and high pressure as well as storage at low temperature possible. These bottles have its carefully designed wide mouth designed and validated for excellent leakage prevention, without inner cover or inner pad protection, yet delivering excellent sealing performance, 100% ensured not to leak. Wide mouth design allows for easy access to liquid and solid store in the bottles.
The products are produced in the 100,000 grade purification workshop adhering to ISO and other internal quality system standards, and multiple quality system certification to ensure that the products are free of DNase, RNase, protease and exogenous DNA/RNA, pyrogen, and the sterilized plastic bottles are sterilized by gamma ray; suitable for your school, research, production and home uses.
Adopting imported High-precision digital control equipment to produce, so the product is exquisite workmanship, comfortable handle, uniform thickness of the bottle body, high gloss, no chromatic aberration, high homogeneity between different batches. The inner and outer surfaces of plastic bottles are smooth and the reagents are not retained to the wall, greatly reducing the sample loss.
Finally, our blow injected machine is carefully maintained to produce bottle to ensure better quality and no leaking. There is small concave in the bottom of bottle to stop it move when use it.
