This advanced kit employs a column-based method that ensures rapid and efficient RNA extraction. The process begins with enzymatic lysis of cells and tissues, followed by DNase I treatment to eliminate DNA contamination. RNA is then selectively bound to a silica membrane, washed, and eluted in its pure form, free from protein contaminants.

*BB4 with β-mercaptoethanol; add 10 μl of β-mercaptoethanol per 1ml of BB4, the solution must be freshly prepared just before use.
