To be used in conjuction with VAHTS AmpSeq Adapters 1-12 for Illumina (Vazyme #NA110) and VAHTS AmpSeq Adapters 1-12 for Ion Torrent (Vazyme#NA120), sequencing can be performed on Illumina and Ion Torrent platforms. Pre-mixed primers save the time of primer designing and preparation, requiring initial DNA as little as 10 ng and enabling sequencing with complex templates such as FFPE samples and cfDNA. The amplified products obtained with this kit are 111 bp-187 bp in size.

◇ How much to be used in the reaction system?
The required amount depends on the used library prep kits and reaction system. In combination with VAHTS AmpSeq Library Prep Kit (Vazyme #NA101),
please use 2 μl for a 20 μl reaction system.
◇ Which cancers are related with the covered genes?
Related cancers, which the 50 genes covered, include but are not limited to colorectal cancer, lung cancer, melanoma, gastrointestinal stromal tumor,
prostatic cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, liver cancer, stomach cancer, renal cell carcinoma, pancreatic cancer, neoplastic hematologic disorder,
bladder cancer, endometrial cancer, thyroid cancer, and glioma. Please refer to database such as COSMIC (http://cancer.sanger.ac.uk/cosmic), for hot
genes related to specific cancers, or for cancer types related to specified genes.
◇ Is it compatible with library construction kits from other sources?
It can replace Ion AmpliSeq™ Cancer Hotspot Panel v2 (Thermo #4475346), to be used in combination with Ion AmpliSeq™ Library Kit 2.0 (Thermo
#4475345).
