Product Type:Recombinant Antibody

Immunogen Species:Homo sapiens (Human)

UniProt ID:P42330

Immunogen:A synthesized peptide derived from human AKR1C3

Raised in:

Species Reactivity:Human

Tested Applications:ELISA, IF, FC; Recommended dilution: IF:1:20-1:200, FC:1:20-1:200

Background:Catalyzes the conversion of aldehydes and ketones to alcohols. Catalyzes the reduction of prostaglandin (PG) D2, PGH2 and phenanthrenequinone (PQ) and the oxidation of 9-alpha,11-beta-PGF2 to PGD2. Functions as a bi-directional 3-alpha-, 17-beta- and 20-alpha HSD. Can interconvert active androgens, estrogens and progestins with their cognate inactive metabolites. Preferentially transforms androstenedione (4-dione) to testosterone.

Clonality:Monoclonal

Isotype:Rabbit IgG

Purification Method:Affinity-chromatography

Conjugate:Non-conjugated

Buffer:Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

Form:Liquid

Stroage:Upon receipt, store at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze.
