• Cell culture flasks (also referred to as tissue culture flasks) are designed in three types of area for cell culture: 25 cm², 75 cm² and 175 cm²
• Engraved graduation on both sides helps users to fill accurate volume of medium
• Marking area is made to identify flasks for different purpose and ridges on the top make flasks easy to stack
• Neck angled design- easy for pipette access into touch each corner of flask
• Caps are available either in plug seal cap (typically applicable to airtight culture & cultures requiring venting when cap is left partially open) and vent cap (designed for open culture and includes one piece of hydrophobic membrane of pore size of 0.2 um)
• Membrane prevents gas from contaminating culture in the process of exchanging gas. It's recommended to use a CO₂ incubator for vent cap flasks, especially for long-term cell cultures
